Lifestyle factors
Lifestyle factors - get to bed if possible by 9:30 pm, and get a good nights sleep. Minimise
stress during the day, or at least take some time out every day to help relieve the stress that
accumulates. Some ways to do this include gentle to moderate exercise, getting into nature (eg
in a forest, or at the beach) regularly, deep breathing, and particularly Laughter - laugh for
no good reason at all, except for the excellent health benefits that come with it. Homeopathy
may help some people quite a bit, particularly in alleviating the food intolerances that can
trigger migraines. Reflexology can be very beneficial also, but in many cases only when it is
being done regularly. So it only really helps in the short term - it doesn't necessarily help
to cure them long term.
Avoiding radiation can be a big factor in reducing the frequency and severity of symptoms.
Sources of radiation include mobile phone, computer monitors, any electrical appliance, and
very importantly - the electrical meter box, particularly if it is located on the wall of the
bedroom! Personal anti-radiation devices are great - they hang on a necklace, and help reduce
the subtle effects of Electromagnetic Radiation. (Contact me for more information about these.)
Also, a hematite necklace may also be useful.
